Data Retention

Your data is not shared with third parties unless it is technically necessary for the operation of email or the website.

Data Processors
I use the following external service providers (data processors) for website operation and communication:

• Simply.com,  which provides web hosting and mail server services
• Google (Gmail) for receiving and sending emails

Both providers process personal data on my behalf and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Google may transfer data to third countries (such as the USA) using the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other appropriate safeguards.

Your Rights
You have the right to:

• Access the data I hold about you
• Have your data corrected or deleted
• Withdraw your consent (if previously given)
• File a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully
